Shock mount strengthening kit
The upper factory shock mounts on some vehicles is extremely thin and prone to damage.
This bracket reinforces the top chassis mount on your vehicle to prevent chassis damage from increased valve forces in aftermarket shocks.
Sold as a pair with fitting instructions. Minor drilling required.
Suitable for the following models
- Ford Courier 5/1987 - 10/2006
- Ford Ranger 3/2006 - 2011
- Mazda Bravo B2500, B2600
- Mazda BT50 2006 - 10/2011
Bracket should only be installed if your shocks have a rubber boot or plastic shroud. Metal bell housing shocks will cause contact issues.
