Tough Dog XHD Return to Centre Steering Damper to suit Ford Maverick
Specifically designed for 4WDs with over-size tyres and/or 'agricultural' steering, or for drivers who want a better driving experience.
The RTC damper features a coil spring which helps to centralise the steering.
This extra heavy duty (XHD) version of return to centre has a 35mm-bore and an outer case encircled by a beefy (11-mm wire diameter) coil spring, and is designed to help control 35 inch tyres and larger.
The damper weights almost 9kg!
The damper is supplied with mounting brackets to fit between the drag link and panhard rod.
