Tough Dog XHD Return to Centre Steering Damper to suit Toyota 80 Series LandCruiser
If you've got a Toyota LandCruiser running 35" tyres or greater, the standard sized dampers are not much more than a bicycle pump.
The massive XHD Return to Centre damper is the perfect solution to control your vehicle.
Wrapped with a tough 11mm steel spring that works on the "Return-to-Centre" principle. When compressed, the spring pushes back to the neutral position. When extended, the spring pulls back to the neutral position. Virtually eliminates steering wheel kick and "fight-back".
The damper is sold with mounting brackets to mount between chassis and tie rod.
Suitable for all 80 Series Toyota LandCruisers.
Given the monster size of these dampers (almost 9kg!) we recommend the vehicle have at least a 4" lift.
